WHat happens if you try "ubxtool -b BINARY" after the GPS goes
silent?

I suspect this may be part of the reason the u-blox 7 wass never
popular like the u-blox 6 and 8.

Making the u-blox driver wait for ACK just moved up a posion on my TODO
list.  I'm still working on the ZED-F9.  A lot changed from 8 to 9.
Basic functionality is now working, in git head, but a lot of corner
cases left to check.
