That's cute, but I don't live in a city.

For our purposes, anyone that has cell coverage is 'city folk'.

I'm not making this up, that is the local vernacular.

How do you know I have mobile signal where I live?

In reality, this has nothing to do with me, and everything to do with a gaping hole in the use case presented in the question. :)
