[Gomp-discuss] Beta web page

It's not much, but it *is* a start...

I've posted a beta version of my proposed "gomp project" page to:

        http://www.coyotegulch.com/gomp/

No one but us knows it's there; I can host the beta site while we're 
hashing out the details, then add it as a patch to wwwdocs when we're ready.

Considered comments expressly welcome.
