You'll find daily CVS snapshots at ftp://ftp.gnustep.org/pub/daily-snapshots/
They are generated without being testes so they may can't compile.

There are (s)rpms o ftp://ftp.gnustep.org/pub/gnustep/rpms

The directory hierarchy works for me.
