Sometimes when I type ls in a directory nothing shows up, but when I type
dir it does. I don't know why, and I don't know if that is the problem your
having...

I noticed, that our European gnustep mirror Peanuts no longer provides
snapshots.

So I looked on the "main" site ftp.gnustep.org.

The directory hierarchy is not visible/accessible. Is the site still
functional ?  
If yes, when will the snapshots be available again ? 
If not, will there be a new site ?
