Web hit counters can be quite misleading here.  The only large deployment of 
Win2K that I'm aware of (a few hundred thousand seats) is on an internal 
network, with no direct access to the Internet.   I'm not sure what they run on 
their Internet-facing machines - it may also be Win2K, but that would only 
account for about 1% of their total number of PCs.
