Making the Association aims more clear -- proposal

Aims

  The aims of the Association shall be to assist and
  encourage _persons_[1] in their professional capacity
  as Free Software _producers_[2].



Rationale:

  [1] Make it more clear that the association will help
      specially to persons, not to companies.  Note
      anyway that helping a person to create his own
      company is a way to help such person too.
      Additionally persons usually are part of companies.
      However take note the association want to help
      persons not companies.

  [2] 'producers' is better word than 'contributors' due
      to 'contributors' sounds like "gratis", and we want
      such persons get paid by their work.  So maybe
      'producers' is a better word.

      Let the email list know any disagreement,
      improvement, flame, etc.
