Update of bug #59400 (project gnuastro):

                  Status:                    None => Fixed                  
             Open/Closed:                    Open => Closed                 
                 Summary: astcosmiccal: the short option -P for --printparams
does not work => CosmicCalculator fails --printparams when redshift isn't
given
