Details:

Currently all the measurements at half maximum have their own separate
column/option. Therefore the number of measurements at half maximum are not
too many. However, this part of the object's pixels an interesting region for
any type of measurements. For example we may want to measure the ellipticity
of the source at half the maximum, or any other MakeCatalog measurement.

But adding parallel options/columns will un-necessarily complicate both the
source of the program and also the user (the list of options will double!).

So the best way forward is to generate a new labeled image, where for each
object, only those that are within the half-maximum are preserved (with their
original values) and the others are set to zero (for the objects) and -1 (for
the clumps).

The new labeled images can then be fed into a second call to MakeCatalog to
any possible measurement directly over this region.

This labeled image can also be used to further clean the sources.
