Follow-up Comment #25, task #15128 (project gnuastro):

task #15669, which was a subtask of this task is done and closed. I've
compared the results of both the sip_tpv and my implementation there and also
provided links to the code and scripts.

The next task is task #15670, in which reverse coefficients are to be
calculated.
