Follow-up Comment #34, task #13658 (project gnuastro):

I think so! We have all the other necessary components in place now to use it
in Crop. 

Please add it as a function in the polygon library and update/rebase that
branch. Maybe you can call your new function `gal_polygon_vertices_sort'.
There is no problem if needs auxiliary functions, they can just be static
functions, with the `polygon_' prefix (not `gal_polygon_'). If it is a little
long, please group this function and its auxiliary functions in a special
group (with 20 empty lines before and after them).

We will also need to rename the old `gal_polygon_ordered_corners' to
`gal_polygon_vertices_sort_convex'.

Thanks again for deleting the merged branches and pushing it to your server,
it really helps me when viewing the full history on my computer ;-).
