[task #15317] Concatenate two or more tables

Follow-up Comment #24, task #15317 (project gnuastro):

I have updated the documentation also, but not sure if did it right. Is there
any way to check how it looks as output.

Also, I wanted to ask is it fixed or something that you have to solve these
numbers of fixed tasks in the GSoC proposal.
Also If I want to improve table program as a gsoc what possible changes I can
add in a table program, as I think I have a good grip over it.
