Follow-up Comment #22, sr #110195 (project gnuastro):

I have downloaded the version-controlled source but having problem in
downloading the dependencies of bootstrapping, specifically the command shown
in the documentation  for installing the tex packages
command:-
tlmgr install epsf jknapltx caption biblatex biber iftex \
                etoolbox logreq xstring xkeyval pgf ms     \
                xcolor pgfplots times rsfs pstools epspdf
