Run your icecat with "sudo" privilige just for one time. This will
install the GNU Privacy Extension. Close your browser ( since it can
dangerous to browse the web with sudo privilege ) and restart it .
Everything should be normal again. If you want to disable the GNU
Privacy Extension , you can do it by going to
Tools-->Addons-->Extension , and under the GNU Privacy Extension , hit
_Disable_.
