Still happening - I went to revert some pages and new spam was appearing as I
removed old stuff. I'd suggest at this moment the captchas are no longer an
effectively deterrent.
I'm slightly bemused that the bots can get around captchas like that, unless
they are being fed answers by a human.

I can reproduce the server error but don't have access to check it out
unfortunately.

Sam - is the moinmoin instance being kept up to date? I can't remember if its a
custom setup or the packaged version on the system. ( I'm also offering my time
again if a second sysadmin would be useful again :)).

IIRC it never did - it was only ever half implemented and never really lived up
to its potential. It wasn't as necessary after a while as the captchas were
doing a reasonable job when we changed away from maths questions.
