If I recall correctly, Karl disabled the task tracker because he
thought it sucked. I didn't look at it at the time because I trusted
his judgement and I forgot about it later.

I see. I like Savannah's trackers (support, bugs, tasks, patches).
But I don't like the user interface. I wish I could contribute to the
Savane in the future...
 

I've enabled it now. Will play with it later. Let's see how it works
out.

I hope it works.

And did you know that you can create squads for the project and
assign items to them? When you assign an item to a squad, all
members of the squad receive notifications via email. You can
manage squads from the main menu of gNewSense project.
