Hi Neal,

The Flattr button was added last year while the GHM was being organized.
The funds were not actually used, but the idea was that they could be
used to fund travel expenses.  See TRAVEL.org in
<bzr+ssh://fencepost.gnu.org/gd/gnuorg/advisory/> for the policy.

(Personally, I’d be in favor of avoiding Flattr altogether.  Perhaps the
FSF could be slightly more generous too, if need be.)
