I think the security angle is really important. Are they really happy
to have something that insecure running on their computer systems?
Might be worth researching some of the outstanding problems and
listing the ones that have been fixed in IE7.

However, I really don't think this is the place to be asking for
reasons to upgrade from one proprietary browser to another. They are
still going to lose out either way. The advantages of free software
have been listed in other recent threads and I'm sure you can come up
with a few as well. How about listing the advantages technically,
security-wise and ethically of firefox, rather than listing the
disadvantages of the current system. And if all else fails, you can
always mention that the logo is cuter (although not exactly free)..
