Hi Debarshi,
I updated all the source files with v3 license. Thanks for pointing it
out.  

Just a side note: "GPL v2 or later" gives compatibility to GPL v3 and
upcoming versions. So it should cause any problems.

P.S: I lost your previous email regarding first-time-run script. Can
you please resend?
