And reading that document I realise that if uniscribe had been GPLd I
could have made some contrib/got some help because I had to address
similar issues while writing the "rendering engine" that converts unicode
to a screen font (eg adarshalipi) representation !
Why would a huge co like MS stick to this inefficient business model of
software secrecy ?!
