[Erc-discuss] new erc-nickserv-identified-hook

Hi all,

I've just committed a fairly small change to erc-services.el, which
adds the hook named in the subject. This hook is run when nickserv
notifies ERC that the user managed to successfully identify.

I've been running ERC locally with this change for some time, so I'm
reasonably sure it works and isn't horribly buggy. :)

Motivation for the hook: I delay autojoin until after freenode's
services have installed my hostname cloak. I can patch erc-join.el with
that if anyone's interested.
