Thanks; it's inspired (at least partially) by gv's ability to cut and 
magnify rectangles. The sample file extract.xp contains a magnified inset, 
slightly modified from solutions to an analysis problem set last spring. 
(The caption in said file misleadingly reads, "Discontinuity of the 
derivative...", referring to discontinuity of the operator d/dx with 
respect to the sup norm. Will fix this before Version 1.2.)
