[ePiX-users] New release (Version 1.1.15)

NOTES

Specified screen rectangles may be extracted into a new screen (for 
magnified insets, etc.)

By default, elaps detects and loads only format-specific LaTeX packages.

Several bugs are fixed. Most notably, dot-like markers can be drawn in 
tikz, and screen cropping works when the mask differs from the screen's 
bounding box.
