[ePiX-users] New release (Version 1.1.16)

NOTES

The output format can be selected with a command line option,

  epix [--pst|--tikz|--eepic] <file>

and similarly for elaps or flix. These options override a format 
command in the input file, if any.

The individual headers are now installed, to facilitate authorship
of external packages. By default, the headers are placed in
/usr/local/include/epix.
