As for Apple: porting and licensing is one issue. The other is that it
would be largely a rewrite, and as such a lot of work, so you will
need a couple of volunteers to do this.

No: to my knowledge, the levels as contained in the "Enigma" packages
are recreations, often *inspired* by original Oxyd and Esprit Levels.
However, because of copyright, they are not the original levels.
If you want to play the original levels, you need to find a copy of
Oxyd, and copy the level file into the Enigma directories, as Enigma
can also read the original level format.
So including the Enigma levels would to my understanding (as they
indeed include code!) require you to also use the GPLv2 license, and
as such not allowed for the Apple AppStore AFAICT.
