Sorry, i just reakized this would also cause problems, the makefile.ins 
would then be included in the archive.

The correct solution is to leave {arch}/=tagging-method alone, and just 
remove the Makefile.in.id files. (Except intl/.archids/Makefile.in.id, of 
course.)

Because those files are not included in the archive they should not have 
corresponding .id files.
