As Mr. Heck has explained the software is provided under the GPL, which gives you the right to distribute Enigma, for any purpose, even commercial. The licence is very simple if you are not modifying the program at all. In that case all you are required to do is include a copy of the source code of the game on your cd. If you wish to also distribute the game via the web, you must provide a link to the source code (on your website).
Things get more complicated if you wish to make changes to the program. A good summary of the licence for that case is provided at http://creativecommons.org/licenses/GPL/2.0/ although that summary is no substitute for reading the actual licence. Also note that the legally binding version of the GPL is the English version, despite the link to a Portuguese translation on that page.
Again if you have any questions or concerns at all, do not hesitate to contact us.
D. Heck: Perhaps the second paragraph in this email would be a good addition to your responses to emails asking about licenses.
