As Mr. Heck has explained the software is provided
under the GPL, which gives you the right to distribute Enigma, for any purpose,
even commercial. The licence is very simple if you are not modifying the program
at all. In that case all you are required to do is include a copy of the source
code of the game on your cd. If you wish to also distribute the game via the
web, you must provide a link to the source code (on your website).
Things get more complicated if you wish to make
changes to the program. A good summary of the licence for that case is provided
at http://creativecommons.org/licenses/GPL/2.0/ although
that summary is no substitute for reading the actual licence. Also note that the
legally binding version of the GPL is the English version, despite the link to a
Portuguese translation on that page.
