There is an icon and Windows resource script in the CVS repository.  It's a
matter of compiling those into a binary resource file (using the Microsoft
RC compiler or Gnu equivalent) and then adding the RC file to the link
command of the Windows build.  As far as I remember, the binary resource
file (.rc file) is also in CVS, so it doesn't need to be compiled, just
linked.
