Despite the changes made to `org-link-descriptive` by Kyle in a
related thread (https://list.orgmode.org/87im4ypu9v.fsf@kyleam.com/),
the failing recipe in this report can still be reproduced in Org 9.5.5
and Emacs 28.2.
