No, there are none.

The main utility of my code is, I think, as food
for thought, i.e., in presenting ideas. If someone
finds it useful as is, great. I use it, as do some
others. But the main thing it offers, IMO, are
some ideas and experiments implementing them.

I think so, yes. But I believe it's a read-only
repo (?), not really a base for community dev.
(I guess the same is true for MELPA and such,
but it's not generally true for 3rd-party GIT
dev repositories.)

I don't think Icicles is popular now, but I do
think it still has much to offer that's not yet
offered by other completion "frameworks". And
the code is admittedly complicated. And I'm not
really actively enhancing it.

Dired+, Bookmark+, and highlight.el are somewhat
popular. Info+ is apparently used by Spacemacs
(I wasn't aware of that till recently). I think
Isearch+ (including isearch-prop.el) _should_ be
more popular. ;-)

Some others that might be useful:

apu.el, cus-edit+.el, dyna-show.el, find-where.el,
frame-cmds.el, help-fns+.el, hexrgb.el, hide-comnt.el,
highlight-chars.el, hl-defined.el, hl-line+.el,
keysee.el, lacarte.el, lib-requires.el, menu-bar+.el,
modeline-posn.el, modeline-win.el, mouse3.el, naked.el,
narrow-indirect.el, pp+.el, pp-c-l.el, rec-edit.el,
replace+.el, second-sel.el, showkey.el, sortie.el,
subr+.el, synonyms.el, thing-cmds.el, thingatpt+.el,
thumb-frm.el, tool-bar+.el, ucs-cmds.el, wid-edit+.el,
yes-no.el, zones.el, zoom-frm.el.
