Installation of intlfonts is described in efaq.texi. If we still want to
mention them in INSTALL, we better add a reference?

I've seen that you're not in favor to mention Google Noto fonts here. But
maybe there could be a hint in efaq.texi? On
<https://www.google.com/get/noto/help/install/>, there are also
instructions how to install them for Windows and macOS.
