Why use the name shr for an HTML renderer?  I'd never guess that name,
and from the name I would never guess what it does.

How about renaming it to HTML Render?

A rendered HTML segment in a message can't really have its own major mode,
but if it sets up a text property keymap to get the commands of that mode,
it would be useful to offer a way to display the doc string of that mode.
