No, most of them are very old.  We have "C-h d" since Emacs 22.1, for
example.  Some of them were added in Emacs 23 and 24.

My suggestion is to (a) always have the ELisp manual open in some
frame, and (b) look for whatever you need with the 'i' command,
possibly aided by TAB-completion.
