Side-story: I used to have those built into my muscle memory but was
often annoyed that I had typed `C-h f` when I wanted to lookup
a variable or vice-versa.

This was solved when `C-h o` appeared, except that my muscle memory kept
getting in the way. So I had to unbind `C-h f` and `C-h v`
to force myself to use `C-h o`.
