I was going by the information in Wikipedia, which said GPL 2 and 3.

LGPL 3-only has the same problem.  LGPL 3 is GPL 3 with some specific
extra permissions for linking with programs not under GPL 3.

Due to those extra permissions, linking Qt with GPL4-Emacs won't
violate the license of Qt.  But linking GPL4-Emacs with Qt would
violate the license of GPL4-Emacs, unless Qt qualifies as a "system
library".

If those Qt libraries are under LGPL 3-or-later, there will be no
problem.
