If two relay teams are running against each other, and the first relay
for team A is to be run by a cripple, and the first relay of team B by a
healthy person sleeping on a couch, chances are that team A will win.

The chances that somebody will improve bad documentation are much better
than the chances of somebody writing documentation from scratch.
