You've signed many assignments for specific parts of Emacs, but I can't
find (in that long list) one that cover all Emacs changes (which is the
usual assignment for people who contribute more than a single package to
Emacs).

So maybe you want to sign an assignment for all changes to Emacs, this
way any future package/patch you want to submit for inclusion can be
accepted without any extra paperwork (just a clear email statement that
you consider it as covered by that prior assignment is sufficient).
