    ! (define-key menu-bar-help-menu [apropos]
    ! (list 'menu-item "Search On-Line Documentation" menu-bar-apropos-menu
! :help "Look up terms, find commands, variables, keys, etc."))

I think that "Search Documentation" is better, because more brief.
Few people will expect it to search off-line documentation.

! '(menu-item "Look up Term in Glossary..." search-emacs-glossary
! :help "Learn Emacs terminology, a.k.a. Emacspeak"))

Emacspeak is the name of a program. It would be confusing to use it
here.

I explained that this command should work differently,
so its menu item help would change too.

! '(menu-item "Find by Searching Documentation Text..."
apropos-documentation

That is too long. Please change it to "Search Documentation
Strings...". That is still longer than the rest, but not horribly so.
