I added an item for Borders in the glossary. I did not add one for Margins because it seems that the Emacs manual does not describe the Margins feature anywhere. I think the margins feature is not currently used unless Lisp code enables it. A Help menu bar item to look at the Glossary would be useful. It could go in the Manuals menu.
