Thanks for the response.

There is nothing special about the file or directory here is the listing of the org directory.

drwxrwxrwx    2 admin    administ     1024 Jan 14 15:07 ./
drwxr-xr-x    7 admin    administ     1024 Jan 14 15:11 ../
-rwxrwxrwx    1 admin    administ       10 Jan 14 15:07 test.txt*


If I use the --no-encryption option everything works just fine.

If you need more information please let me know.
