Thank you for spotting this.
(d-ChangeN) was missing out the mark as changed step.
Note: this is not directly to do with MIDI - the midi time base is
destroyed by any editing (which was failing here, because the edit was
not marking the score as changed). To recreate the timebase use
d-RecreateTimebase.
now fixed in git.
