[Denemo-devel] RefreshDisplay, MarkScoreAsAltered, UpdateMidi??

Hi,

in the past RefreshDisplay could be used to update the Midi-data, too. This is 
not possible anymore (as the name suggested all the time). But 
MarkScoreAsAltered does not update the Midi-data, too.

The only thing I know of where its needed is d-ChangeX . So maybe these could 
be upgraded to update the midi data, too.
