[Denemo-devel] plugins tab

should the plugins tab be removed from denemo. We already commented out
disallowed the option to compile support for plugins. Plugins worked in
the past but we did not have any plugins that did anything useful. Are
plugins written in c completely pointless now that they can be written
in scheme? I suppose just commenting out the code so later if it is
desired to have this revived it can be.
