Details:

If I enter capitalized chord names using:
- Other -> Insert/Edit Chord Symbols

the resulting lilypond output uses the capital versions, which is incorrect. 
A simple fix (attached as a git bundle) is to convert the chord names to
lowercase before spitting them out.
