I have included a copy of GPLv2, but it seems I have forgotten to
refer to the specific version of the GPL in the individual source
files. I believe this means that you can choose any version of the GPL.
I'll be happy to relicense CL-BibTeX to be "LGPLv2 or later with Lisp
clarification", if that is helpful for you. I don't like to use the
BSD license.
I don't have the time to go through the files and change it, though,
at the moment.
