1.4.19-pre2 segfault with mkpartfs ext2

parted 1.4.19-pre2 segfaults when exectuting this on either an unpatched
msdos or (my patched) GPT disk:
  parted mkpartfs p ext2 1 100
Error: Filesystem has incompatible feature enabled
Segmentation fault

1.4.18 doesn't fail in this way.
