Uh, that puts aclocal in some kind of infinite loop:
mbp:~/test$ ACLOCAL_FLAGS='-I .' ./autogen.sh
libtoolize: copying file `./config.guess'
libtoolize: copying file `./config.sub'
libtoolize: copying file `./ltmain.sh'
libtoolize: copying file `./ltoptions.m4'
libtoolize: copying file `./ltsugar.m4'
libtoolize: copying file `./ltversion.m4'
libtoolize: copying file `./libtool.m4'
