After reading the licenses and the product specs it seems that (And I
could be mistaken) the best case scenario to be cross platform including
windows (with QT) is to:

1) One Commercial QT license is purchased by a person 
2) One cannot use any of the features available in the
Professional/Enterprise versions (Since that source is not GPL'ed
including the header files etc)
3) Windows users would not be able to build their own versions unless
they also held licenses for QT/Windows. They'd have to rely on someone
generating the product for them.

This would only work if one assumption holds true. That QT/Windows
Commercial can utilize projects and files generated by QT-Free versions
(If not - all bets are off).

Anyone know the answer to the assumption ?
