Yes, you are correct. And it shows how much QT development targeting
Windows I do (I thought that with QT2 there was a free Windows version)
- QT3 there sure is not).  You either have to purchase the Professional
or Enterprise version which will run around $2000 and up.

The reason I thought that there was a QT-Free on Windows was that at one
time there was a KDE 2.x port (Based on QT) using Cygwin on Windows.

And that alone is QT killer - since the Windows users probably far
exceed users on other platforms (I have never seen any statistics but
based on the people I know who use it - that would be true).
