Unfortunately on the classic Dvorak keyboard the numeric keys are laid
out 7 5 3 1 9 0 2 4 6 8, though most Dvorak keyboard overlays are ANS
X3.207 and use 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 0, the same as QWERTY and friends.
Allowing 7 for left and 6 for right would solve that problem.
